HPP's position papers updated by Michael Taylor at the IEA

The two Position Papers from HPP named "How Heat Pumps can help to address today’s key Energy Policy Concerns" and "The Potential Impact of Heat Pumps on Energy Policy Concerns" was written by Roger Hitchins and published in 2004.

With the help from Michael Taylor, Energy Analyst at the IEA, the Position Papers have been updated and we can see that the topics still are of importance.
