ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers) is an international organisation with over 50,000 members. ASHRAE aims to advance the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration for the public's benefit through research, standards writing, continuing education and publications. GHCP

The Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium, Inc. (GHPC), established to implement the National Earth Comfort Program, is a collaborative effort for a Geothermal Heat Pump Technology Demonstration and Market Mobilization Program. The cases are included on their Internet site and aim to show the possibilities for using ground- and water-source heat pumps. Each case contains separate relevant sections, e.g. background, key players, geothermal design improvements, utility assistance, design field testing, energy savings, tenant satisfaction, maintenance, benefits, problems resolved, etc.GHPC publishes many case studies on its Internet site.
